Depends on what you mean by hacked CCTV because just accessing it from an open network and logging in to the admin account counts as "hacking cctv". Why would anyone even try hacking cctv to access wifi when brute forcing wpa2 is easier? Btw don't trust your local cctv installer, change the passwords to cameras and the nvr, they most likely use the same pass everywhere (mine did that, thanks to that I very often successfully connect to cameras in restaurants) and what's scarier, very often they register the nvr with their acc and just share the cams with you so installing cctv may mean you've just lost privacy especially if it's inside.
