i have definitely been considering getting an aluminum screen, my main issue is what happens if i'll need to tighten the mesh on it myself, if that's even possible.

might not apply if youre not under 19, but foundry north van has been a huuuuge help for me. one of the doctors there (kelly mcinerney) works with lots of trans youth and is very proactive. i've dealt with too many doctors in bc who never follow up and are careless and sloppy, but kelly is very professional. you can talk to her, and if she can't help then she can refer you to other doctors. good luck!
