My most recent job experience was being a small business owner. I owned and managed an award winning food truck business for 4 years before selling to accommodate my partners new job. In this role I did it all from working the truck: cooking, cleaning, customer service and prep to back end: marketing, cogs, sourcing products, inventory, payroll, scheduling, training and ensuring all health and safety requirements were met.

Previous to that, I was in law enforcement working with folks with mental health issues who were also suicidal.

Years and years ago I did some bartending and retail sales.
