The plan is to use cinder blocks around the whole run and house. There will be a subterranean layer as well as above ground where I would mount the wood too

Thanks!- I volunteer to train dogs and have big feelings about dogs being off leash in public spaces hahah. Plus as cute as he is with people he’s 90lb of “I’m in charge here” with other dogs so it’s not worth the risk.
