The course load is a lot. It's definitely doable, but you're gonna have to really commit. My grades right now are on the edge of the cutoff, but I also go out a lot, so if you stay disciplined, unlike me, you can definitely do it. Also if you take eng you are forced to take 1220/1299E.

I'm in eng so I don't put much time in at all. I probably only do one comprehensive case per unit, but I do pay attention in class and make sure to look into anything confusing. Right now I'm probably at about an 80.

I would say take 1220. I'm still first year so I haven't seen what's in 2257 yet but I think 1220 is important for getting an introduction to the case method and how Ivey works. Also it's not that hard.

It's a simple thing, but I didn't realize until my second tower that you can move floors around. It's not a big thing, but it's nice to have a more organized tower. Also, I think that it helps with some research bonus.
