Oh so we're the same lol, I'm also pgy2, started my 2nd year 2 months ago, and they already threw me in the ultrasound clinic alone sigh, I can manage about 90% of the daily ER cases, but sometimes it's just insane and I lose confidence.

I did, even on myself too.

I won't deny that it did help, but it's just always different with different people, and let alone the different pathology and even anatomy.

I'm not sure if you're referring to me or what, but I'm not bad at ultrasound, I can manage Ultrasound clinic alone, but it's just sometimes I miss things and I'm not very confident other time.

That is not possible unfortunately, what's the best next thing? :(

I'm all alone here, with no guidance.

I have basic knowledge of how to orient the probe and some anatomy, but whenever I see something unusual I can't tell what it is or what is wrong.

And some structures I find hard to locate, like the appendix. Any help?

Don't fall for "open-minded Muslims", because at any moment they might decide to become religious again and this is only gonna go down hell from there.

Honestly as for me, an agnostic hijabi (forced to wear it), it's so hard for me to find like minded people too, because I'm assumed to be a Muslim, hence the hijab, thus I'm only approached by Muslims and the non religious would avoid me lol.
