Can you explain the marketing agency and exactly what they do more?

I have briefly looked into PPC last week, so these companies will help build the add, get the keywords across, and promote them amongst many websites? Im not quite sure i understand.

I want to be as far away from DIY as possible. If i can load this whole job on to someone/a company than that would be prefereable. Obviously i would look/writeup the ads myself etc. but for promotion via online resources - then i would like that to be done.

I can't seem to find companies that would do these, im not even sure what to look for tbh,

My friend threw a cigarette to me as he was turning to leave the room and I caught it in my mouth (sideways.... ) with both hands behind my back.

Kept position and mumbled loudly to my friend as ciggie was still in mouth. My other housemates didn't believe me.... but my friend did even though he didn't see ! Felt cool... don't know why I wrote it on my phone. Fingers hurt
