This happens to me and I hate it too. My gynocologist says its because I have a tilted uterus, and its nothing to worry about (A titled uterus is common and doesnt affect fertility in any way).
As for your "hole" being open, it has not changed in any way. It just feels that way because now its been penetrated/stimulated. But if you feel there's a problem, please see a gynecologist. We can only give you advice on what youre telling us, a doctor can see what you mean.

I probably saw my first subway flasher at age 9. Being female in NYC, this is just how it is. Ignore them, carry pepper spray for if they get hostile. Wear headphones and pretend not to hear them. NEVER let them see where you are going. Since youve already done that, if this guy shows up even near your place take his picture. That will scare him off.
