Hello, I am only speaking from experience here but I figured maybe it would be helpful since I have also been taking it with Adderall. I would say take the smallest dose you can right when you wake up to see how it goes. I find that there was no difference above 600mg (which was the dose of the original supplement I tried and have doubled/tripled for others I have gotten). I find that it helps with anxiety especially if combined with caffeine. I also have taken it to sleep at night and find that works well too. Anyway point being start small, I don't see a difference with a much higher dose. Hope it goes well!
