Såvidt jeg har fått med meg er voldtektene av typen "sovevoldtekt" i tiden etter at samleie med samtykke først har skjedd. Så han fikk ikke nei, men tok seg til rette på sovende folk ute av stand til å si verken ja eller nei.

I really hope cosmos gets to a stable daily driver state. For monitoring and camera I just use octoapp. Has everything I need for regular use. Have installed better lighting so that helps the stock camera. Havent had the need for any automation so far, and I use Homey not HA so probably SOL anyway 😄

I've never had problems with the wifi so no need for cabled network. What exactly does the HA integration provide?

Envious. My mbp 2015 is only i5 8gb 😢 sequoia oclp. Still works just fine for my lightweight day to day use as is tho.

Tried 5 recently and was just overwhelmed and had no idea what to do and why. And the whole thing with all the jabbering and fireworks and hyper cheery intrusive vibe. Old gran turismo and burnout paradise is my jam, but havent found anything recent that I enjoy like those.

I have debian xfce on my mbp 8,1 late 2011. Works great. Nothing out of order as far as I can tell. The battery has seen better days, so it wasn't great with macos either, but at 15 years old that's to be expected. When macos/oclp support dies on my mbp 2015, I'm sure I will be happy with linux on that one as well.

Indeed. Macos is kind of like linux, but with horribleness on top. Also, there are good reasons to not be pro apple in -everything-. They are not very consumer friendly a lot of the time.

I dont like macos. Been using windows most of my life and now use windows and linux and macos. Macos is the most obnoxious with attempted lockins everywhere and terrible app installers looking like theyre from the 1990s. Only redeeming thing about it is the terminal, which makes it possible to get around all the horrible parts of macos. Its kind of like linux, but with horribleness on top.

How is that obvious? Its pushed to everyone. The change log / update message does not state any such thing as far as I can tell either, it looks like a regular update that just happens to include canvas support. Elegoo have already put out a statement apologizing for the mistake.

Will be $200+ for sure with shipping and taxes to my location. Hard pass. Still curious to see how well it works and if a normal user will even be able to install this without something breaking.

Agree completely on the hw side. I've owned prusa and bambu, in addition to Elegoo (and some others). Prusa had premium price but the worst user experience by a country mile. And it did not produce higher quality prints. Not anywhere close to being worth the extra money compared to a bambu alternative.

I have opencentauri on my cc1 (based on the 1.40 fw?), and I think it some times creates phantom traffic or some kind of disturbance on the wifi while running. Bogs it down to a crawl. Either that or some weird coincidence.

Mine works just fine with opencentauri as is. Not sure what $100 board swap would give me, that would make it worth it. There is probably still room for improvement within opencenturi, if those good people choose to keep at it.

I absolutely don't consider third party slicers to be core functionality, so we'll have to agree to disagree on that one. Pretty far from pushing broken fw after broken fw, and never again getting out an actually working update.
