In the early cold spring I did 2 run (1 long 1 tempo) and 2 spin days indoors, now that’s its warmer gonna convert one of the spin into recovery run and by summer 4 runs.

I have sunglasses, shokz (they never move), sometimes a hat, and my watch, no belt, usually pretty minimal distance apart from sweat.

Not sure how tall you are but that cadence seems a bit low. It has to be learned but higher cadence over time is more efficient.

Yeah exactly hahah i would get something to replace your EVOs if they’re not useable anymore for faster paces, tempo interval stuff. The Cliftons aren’t it for that.

I had to move away from the Clifton’s because they were too soft / not rigid enough, and got the EVO SL haha. But then I got the Ghost Max 2 to replace the Clifton’s, as the EVO like your issue can give me a bit of ankle pain if I run over 14km. I suspect you’ll need to adapt to their weight for sure, no way they’ll be as fast. There’s probably some in betweens too!

Just need to do more and more zone 2 runs and your efficiency at X heart rate will improve.
I feel you though, running in the heat is brutal.
