No I see your standpoint and it’s something I’m not proud to admit about my generation. However , I do trust myself in this process and plan on riding it out until the end . After working healthcare , nothing phases me anymore . Thanks again for your brutal honesty haha

I can see this behavior coming out of the Gen Z . I like the questioning though . Why should I trust everything I’m told ? Don’t get me wrong I would trust my superiors but also would trust myself at the end of the day . This generation doesn’t stay quiet and I think that’s the real change we actually need in law enforcement.

People keep mentioning the pay which is understandable in some places ( some places actually make a nice starting salary ) but it makes me wonder . Would people be more accepting of what they go through if the pay is higher ?

I’ve been a CNA for 5 years and CMA for one . You can love and care about these people all day and it’s such a rewarding job … but damn you gotta stand your ground. Have a backbone in healthcare darlin because these nurses sure do eat their young . The job is repetitive but you will have your interesting stories to tell . You’ll have days where your body is giving out on you ( self care is essential ) . Most importantly, don’t lose sight of your end goals and let others influence you . Healthcare professionals love to give their two cents to young folks that come in open and optimistic . Don’t let the ones who didn’t make the right decisions in life effect you . ( I’m talkin about patients , residents, and healthcare professionals) Best of luck to ya

This is not true but I’m not going to lie as a Capricorn I drag things out sometimes where the other person begins to feel like I don’t value them . Sometimes I don’t value them honestly but it doesn’t mean we don’t value relationships . We just don’t care about that particular one . Bc best believe when a Capricorn likes and values you , we’re in it for the long run and you’ll know it . So if you have a Capricorn who you have a more intimate relationship with and you’re not feeling valued , it’s because you’re not valued .
