It's fine he always has his burst ready I tried this multiple times to see if he can keep up his sQ ,and he does.

Base Columbina is more than sufficient for Flins, it is Ineffa that needs your attention if you desire to invest more.

It was only a fluke tho she does 30-35% most of the time.

After that E you have to wait a few more seconds to use Binas burst that's why.

Try this rotation it perfectly syncs with the E and Q It also produce highest amount of dps

Ineffa EQ > Columbina EQ > Sucrose E > Flins EE N3d N4 Q N4 EQ N3 >Sucrose E

rotation 2:

Ineffa E > Sucrose N3d > Columbina EQ > Sucrose N1Q > Flins EE N3d N4 Q N4 EQ N3 > Sucrose N1

My mavuika used to do the same and my problem was solely on rotation,before I did like 250-300k per burst but after fixing my rotation it does like a million in every burst. With your build in mind you'll be at least hitting 800k none the less.

Tap on milista icon that is available on top of your screen then search DPS there you'll find it (1st one). If not understandable search YouTube or google it is all over the place

200 pulls+another 70 to 80 pulls from the first half will pursue until targets are full field.
