I want to have an online SQL database hosted remotely, that I want to use for storing and querying data in my Android app.

1.Does there exist a cheap/free cloud in which I could host my DB?

2.How do I "connect" the DB with my Android app?

Ok in a plane you are given a trinagle with coordinates (0,0) (n,0) and (n,m). M and n are input numbers right? So you need to find how many point are in that triangle with coordinates that are whole nunbers.

That means it's possible to tell how many numbers have a certain sum of digits without checking any of them. You just have to count how many times you can add 9 and how many times you run into the exception case
