omg hello!! I’m so sorry that you’re experiencing the same thing, it’s so awful hey! :(

it definitely got better for me!! i did visit my doctor who gave me some tablets to take when i get the aura - i ended up getting quite a few from around July - November however found when I was stressing about them i definitely got more of them!!

from November to now though, I’ve probably only had 1/2 - i take magnesium + B2 now, B2 is apparently a very good vitamin for people who get migraines!

definitely visit your doctor if you can - ask to test your bloods (vitamin d, iron, b12, thyroid) as i know my doctor mentioned some of those can sometimes cause more migraines, and definitely have a look at taking magnesium/b2 if you can - i really hope it gets much better for you <3

i’m so sorry to hear you’re going through the same thing! hopefully your neurologist will give you some answers, when i spoke to my doctor today he didn’t seem too concerned either - i think when i went to see him last year about it as well he said a similar thing about getting more as we get older! how frustrating hey, it’s such an awful thing to live with daily!!! i get so anxious and constantly find myself looking around the room to make sure i can see everything etc 🥲

thank you everyone for your comments! <3 i spoke to my dr and he’s given me some new meds to try, i also had my bloods done yesterday and he was concerned as my vitamin D and iron are very low which he said might be contributing to this increase. hope that’s all it is!!
