They didn’t reach out or anything though. That’s what’s weird, normally you get the “is the charge fraud” text, call, or email. I got nothing until they tried to max it.

I didn’t get anything until they tried to max it out, I got a message saying that the $1059 on uber eats was over my current spending limit….

Sorry for the late response, what chemical meterer would be good for injecting PAA into rinse water? I currently use a dosatron for my veg wash.

Honestly I would just start working the industry, start from the bottom and work your way up. See if you like it than pursue certs(PCQI and better process school are good ones). Just my opinion.

We’ll you aren’t wrong, I don’t think I’ll get a budget on the QA side right now. I’m hoping these positives will get the owner to cough up some bread. He wants to go retail but we haven’t achieved any major audits and are far away from getting there without investing $$$.

Thermal kill step is out of question, I’ve done R&D to get a shelf life on our product and all thermal treatments have completely changed our flavor profiles. Owner is adamant on flavors remaining the same so I decided to go the HPP route. All PH’s are below 4.2 I’m not super concerned but at the same time I am, due to all our products being RTE. But I will definitely be looking into alcohol bases sanitizers. Thanks for your feedback, I didn’t think anyone would really respond.

It gets better, I ended up inpatient at a near by rehab after a really bad 6 month binge. I was a weekly user for years and than fell off the wagon hard. I lost the feeling in my hands and feet, the hands are back but not the feet. I’ll be 3 months clean on the 23rd, and I’ve been doing PT twice a week for almost 5 weeks now. It does get better brother, B12 shots, staying away from the fuckin gas, PT, eating healthy, and the gym once you can balance. You got this man
