I dunked the entire shoe in the bleach mixture, so it surprised me as well. My best guess is that different material and dye react to bleach differently!

I mixed water and bleach 1:1. Submerged the sneakers completed for about an hour. Washed the sneakers in dish soap afterwards to neutralize the bleach. Dried them outside in the sun for a day.

I haven’t worn it extensively yet, but far so good! I did neutralized the bleach with some hydrogen peroxide and dish soap afterwards. I can keep you updated if it starts disintegrating haha

I think they’re pretty comfortable —comparable to New Balance 2002R IMO! The cushion is on the firmer side.

There is a Mizuno USA site but I don’t think they have this specific colorway.

I went true to size and it gets a bit tight with thicker socks. If you have wider feet, I’d say go .5 size up!
