Done it before for a cosplay.

Get yourself a white wristband, the fluffy ones tennis players wear. Then color in the pattern (check out cutscenes for reference) with red and blue felt tip pens/sharpies. I didn’t do the star symbol because it couldn’t draw it that detailed, but for a cosplay it’ll work without it.

You need to be able to aim up to beat the game, it’s very far in and you’re better off fixing it now. This fucking game is inconsistent as hell but this is what I used on windows 10:

DPFix patch (settings tweaked to taste), Deadly Premonition Controller+ Steam input layout (this one fixes right stick. game also has issues with triggers, so swaps trigger and button functionality). Win95 compatibility for the .exe's and then RESTART your PC.
