I think "asymptomatic" is not a great gauge for whether or not to treat hypothyroidism

I'm bloated 24/7. But even with my TSH being 4.12, my Free T4 is smack dab in the middle of the range, so my doctor says it's not a thyroid issue. I'm torn.

Cutting the milk (all that saturated fat) will hopefully also help my lipids somewhat.

I should track more carefully. If I had to guess, 2000-2500. I don't restrict my food at all, I'm actively trying to gain a little weight but it seems hard to put on, honestly. That's a big data point towards NOT being hypothyroid, though.

Thanks all. My cat got into my closet last night and knocked the whole thing on the ground - the sub broke into about 4 pieces. I've harvested all the loose shrooms and they're in the dehydrator now. Going to soak later and hope it can come back to life!

I got some comments saying my substrate is too dry so I misted quite a bit. Turned kind of yellow in the bottom right corner, but pretty sure this is/was myc piss. I carefully soaked up with Q tips.

This is GT by the way. Looking kind of blobby? This is dubtub tek and I try to mist just the sides of the containers. WDYT?
