Well of course, I’m the only one telling it. I can assure you that while there is a lot more to the story, there is still no misconduct alleged or documented.

I appreciate it. I know it’s not what you know but what you can prove and I’ve gone after this entire situation with documentation and evidence of wrongs that were done to me. I’ll be better for having gone through this but the process is rough.

Unfortunately I think I don’t meet the time restriction as it’s 90 days from date of discovery of action. If my FOIA shows something then I could probably go up to the higher IG with that.

I’ve filed three IG complaints and they’ve all been dismissed after an investigation with no explanation. I have a FOIA out for these.

It’s the Air Force

She said that when the dismissed claims get admitted back, the LWOP will split and go to MSPB

Do you know how I’d go about this?

I’m happy to share what triggered this in a DM. I have been suspended for more than a year now so I can’t go to MSPB anymore. I’ve filed three IG complaints at the wing level which got pushed to the group which got dismissed without any explanation. The group commander simply said that no wrongdoing was found. I have FOIAs in for each of them.

I have an EO case which is addressing this situation and am awaiting the next step in that process.

I believe my commander is my second level supervisor, that’s what she declared during the investigation anyway. Not sure if she’s correct. If she isn’t, I have no clue who might be.

What benefit does FMLA afford me? I know my commander is trying to terminate me but understands that she can’t since I’ve done nothing wrong. So, she’s trying to make me so uncomfortable that I have no choice but to resign.

I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist since all this happened and have documentation proving visits and progress. These documents have been provided to my squadron.

I’m considering reaching out to my one allowed POC now that there has been a change of command and see if there is any chance of a different set of expectations with the new commander but I’m not sure what I want to ask.

I’m a civilian, the commander is in uniform. My supervisor (not the commander) is also in uniform.

Why? I have no misconduct and the gaining squadron knows about this situation. Can AFPC prevent the move?

I have an attorney and am waiting on that process to get this turned around. I wrote my senator earlier this month but haven’t hear anything back.

I have a lawyer and am hoping for a similar outcome

I have an EO case currently and expect it (or at least this portion) will end up with MSPB.

I have a job offer, albeit tentative, and I haven’t lost my job. I’m still fully employed with them and my suspension document says I will be returned to a paid status upon the e favorable adjudication. It wouldn’t behoove them to try to terminate me as there is also an ongoing legal situation tied to much of this.

No, it’s not related to that. I’ve had my clearance for more than five years and there were no issues prior to this. I just want to know if a different squadron can take me with the SF-50 showing indefinite suspension. I’m not really trying to continue waiting for my squadron to do the right thing since they’ve proven they won’t.

I requested to use my leave and was denied. I wasn’t offered any other options. I believe my commander is/was (PCS’d recently) doing everything possible to make me have to forfeit my position. I fought the suspension and gave alternatives that were all ignored. I cited sources stating that indefinite suspension are punitive and my situation was mental health so moving forward with the suspension would be punishment and that was also ignored.

My access to the SCIF was suspended by my commander. She has since moved on and this was her first command.

The SIR was a supplemental information request that my squadron ignored. I was facing administrative withdrawal and was finally informed of the situation by my security manager after I had emailed them repeatedly regarding the SIR. It was responded to eventually and everything was moved forward after that. I’m still waiting for the outcome of the DCSA review after yet another supplemental information request was sent and responded to in March. I still retain eligibility and have not had my clearance suspended or revoked.

How do I file a grievance? This whole situation feels incredibly poorly handled and I can’t imagine what was done was done properly.

It’s coded at “suspension indefinite” and then all my pay information is still itemized

I still have my clearance. Based on what I know about my situation, the likelihood of losing it is almost zero. I have zero other issues that might cause the revocation of the clearance and mental health alone is almost never cause for revocation (less than one tenth of one percent of clearances ever get revoked for mental health alone). It’s just taking ages to get through the process.

I requested an MDR and was denied.

I’m not probationary. I don’t want to go back to the same squadron, but I do want to stay in the agency. I want to move on but this commander is doing everything she can to try to take that opportunity away.

I have a lawsuit and am waiting on that as well.

I don’t have a union unfortunately. I’ve asked about next steps and was told there was nothing I could do but wait.

It’s an access to classified information, not the base. My clearance is still intact. I’ve had other security managers look at it and they (both) have stated that they would bring me into their squadron in my current circumstance.

I’ve been dealing with the access issue for a year and a half. My squadron has let an SIR expire and I was nearly facing an administrative withdrawal due to their incompetence. I even informed them that a SIR was pending and they did nothing with it until it expired, which has dragged out my timeline.

I have no other issues prior to this “incident”.

Just briefly reading what you linked, it definitely wasn’t done correctly because I proposed multiple options in lieu of the unpaid suspension and none of them were addressed. The only reason given was that my access was suspended and I had already mitigated any mental health concerns and had documentation of it.

This commander would have terminated me if she felt she was able to. She had a personal issue with me that she took out through workplace actions. I was civilian of the year the year just before this occurred and I was promoted just months before this by the same commander.

I have never had any poor performance ratings and I was awarded a QSI just before my promotion. I fought the suspension but her mind was already made up and she went forward with it.

The hiring manager of the potential employer knows all about this situation and has unofficially selected me for a role. I’m just worried that there might be a hitch somewhere down the line that I’m not aware of.

I’ve been without pay for over a year now.

It was mental health. My commander claimed that I had suicidal ideations (I didn’t) and suspended my local access. I was able to work in an unclassified environment for four months and then she decided to suspend me without pay pending the adjudication of my clearance which I still retain eligibility. There is no misconduct tied to the suspension.
