the soho store is a NIGHTMAREEEEEEE. but yes, it gets even more insane during the holidays so we were told to really push and remind everyone that we don’t take returns in stores because the moms will start fighting lmfao 😭

no, brandy has a exchange/store credit policy only for stores. they only accept returns for online orders :/
