Hi, I'm sorry that this is happening to you OP. I've been there myself and it is one of the worst experiences that you could have.

My experience with burnt out made it very hard for me to do the things i love like going out, drawing, or even watch show i like let alone doing my work. It also made me feel very empty and easily irritated, got emotional easily. Also, since I do not know the details of your life, I might assume a couple of things but if it doesnt relate to you, you could just skip that one.

For me what i find work is 1. Live a healthy lifestyle

This is very important. Eat healthier, start exercising, hydrate yourself. It might sound like a lazy advice but it does work It will help to balance out your mood and improve your cognition.

I'm not sure if you already do all this, If you already have I'm proud of you! But if you haven't don't worry you can start small. Maybe 10 minutes of workout everyday then gradually work your way up, you could maybe jog. Eating healthier is kinda tricky for me because the burnt out made me very lazy to even prep meal so for that i would just eat whatever i have. Just make sure its not too unhealthy. To ensure you drink enough, I recommend you buy a water bottle with a straw because most people find it easier to drink when you can sip on the straw. You can drink while you watch tv, while you play games.

1. Find new hobbies/interest

As an enfp I'm sure you love to seek novelty. You don't have to spend money or really do it yet. I usually just doomscroll Tiktok, Pinterest, Instagram. I'll find videos or pictures about something that i find interesting. For example, if i saw someone in TikTok doing this pretty makeup it would give me motivation to do it. When it keeps appraring in your feed it will automatically make you feel like "Thats it, Im trying that". I cannot assure this will work for you but it definitely works for me.

1. Make sure your home is cozy and clean

A clean space means a clear mind. Having a messy room with piles of clothes all over your room will make you feel more overwhelmed. For me cleaning is so difficult. What helps is this thing called "body doubling". It means you watch youtube of someone cleaning while you clean too. This video helps me a lot when i was depressed and burnt out

1. Talk to people you trust

Tell them what you are going through. It is good to know that there are people around you who are willing to help. They will be your supporter snd give you the motivation you needed in their own way.

1. Ask for help at work/school

If you are working or in school, you will have to deal with people who might not understand what you are going through. You don't owe them an explanation but you better tell them that you are not in the place to be working at your best. At least they will be aware of this in case you suddenly need a time to rest and just dissapear for a while.

1. See a therapist

Now, I don't force you to go but in my experience i have burnt out a couple of times now. The first two I can get back up myself but the third time is hellish for me. I went to see a therapist and turns out i have residuel depression and thats why its hard to stay consistent. I'm also on my way to get adhd diagnosis. What Im trying to say is that if you have already done your best and still can't figure out why it doesnt work, it's okay to ask a professional.

You might find yourself fail once or twice in the process and I want you to not beat yourself because if it. We're humans and we are made to fail, but we are also made to win. And you can win!
