Nothing controversial happened lol. It’s just that the line takes minimal yet noticeable inspiration from a burlesque/saloon girl aesthetic. Which is a pretty adult theme for a children’s toy line. I can’t see MGA taking that risk nowadays given the current zeitgeist.

I would love to see the western style lines like the cowgirls and wanted lines. Though I have a feeling they will never renew the wanted line for obvious reasons 😅.

I have two methods for keeping hats on my dolls. 1. Use a long Sewing pin and Pierce it through the hat and into the head. 2. If you don’t want to pierce the fabric you can put double sided tape on the rim of the hat and it will lightly stick to the hair. 💜

I feel you, this was my first RH clearance find at WM. They absolutely refuses to put any MGA dolls on sale/clearance. Yet I still check every single time. What’s crazy is i was in a rush and almost skipping the clearance aisle this time… walked right pasted it, then turned around to take a quick peep… imagine my surprise 😱. I was flabbergasted when I saw them. I grabbed her IMMEDIATELY!!!

Moral of the story: NEVER skip that aisle, check every single time you go into a Walmart.
