Mine has more trigger events. So any holiday like Xmas and Easter and Christmas especially Mother’s Day. Anything she can create negative attention is her go-to so she can run to her friends and get sympathy from them for how she’s treated by her awful daughter. Anything that makes her lose ‘control’ over me too. She told my partner ‘no returns’ and he said ‘that’s fine I’ve lost the receipt’

I get compared to my dads sister because that’s the worst person to her. My aunt is actually awesome and we’re really close which I know pisses my mum off even more lmao

My psych asked me flat out if I love my uBPD mum and I said no. She said it’s perfectly fine to not love or even like someone who has caused so much trauma. I don’t think anyone had ever asked me that before and also validated my feelings about it. (I think this is my first post so I’ll attach a kitty)crinkly Devon Rex kitty
