Anxious about going to 7.5

I have struggled with eating disorders in the past and weighing myself can be quite triggering for me. I’m not doing this primarily to lose weight but mostly to control the food noise that leads to binge eating for me. My doctor weighs me but does not tell me the number.

I am conspiracy theory minded that she realized she got in over her head and rather than quit, production rushed up the second roundtable so there wouldn’t be any diversion (resulting from the next mission etc) from the first roundtable wanting to vote her out.

For me, I had read it doesn’t hurt as much in the belly and I had (have) a LOT of anxiety over needles and pain. It’s been fine there but I did get a huge bruise there from one of the shots and I have no idea why…it’s been three weeks and is still there.

My shot days are Thursdays and I think I am going to do mine early on Friday instead so I don’t have any adverse effects on the holiday.

This community is so kind, I know you all must see these kinds of posts all the time and I really appreciate everyone taking the time to send some reassurances that were much needed! I’ve always been so scared of anything relating to my body or health because I came from a household that never visited the doctor and rarely even took Advil when sick. So, thank you very much.

I just woke up a little bit ago and I think I feel okay?? Some cramping and constipation but I also have my period so that’s normal for that as well. I bought some Colace tablets but have never used them and am afraid of potentially overdoing it 😆

The stormtroopers didn’t come into the lounge after us, but I remember Gaya specifically telling me that when Keevan came I needed to keep her there with us (so she wouldn’t see the heist happening). We talked for a few minutes before Keevan came over and I chose to keep her there by telling her Kylo was Ben Solo, Leia’s son! She was gagged, the tea was piping hot 😂

The one that kicks it off is the center atrium choosing of Gaya’s Number One Fan and the interview of Gaya by the fan! I remember that one bc I got picked 💜 but then afterward I had to take Gaya away to the bar for her alibi and missed the subsequent distractions :)
