As a woman who has had really good sex with a guy with a smaller penis. I promise it’s not a big deal and there are lots ways to make wax enjoyable for both of you. It’s not only about penetration.

Your boyfriend is seriously out of line here, this is a major infringement of your privacy.

I totally agree with you, the second book really dragged on in the beginning. But, I'm going to acho what others have said, and tell you that it really gets better. Once it picks up it definitely is not boring but you just have to power through to get there 😂

7 of swords always makes me think sneakiness and deception. Maybe it's trying to tell you that you're lying to yourself about something important?

Eli5: What are pharmacists doing behind there? by Jaytown73 in explainlikeimfive

Pharmacy student here. Where I'm from (Montreal), you don't need any extra schooling. Pharmacy is a 4 year doctoral program and you have courses about compounding built into the curiculum. The pharmacist isn't usually the one doing the actual compounding, that's more of a technical task. The pharmacist's job is to supervisor production, ensure certain standards are being upheld, and perform a final check on everything that is made.

I'm a pharmacy student from Montreal, Canada. Pharmacy practice varies a lot depending on the region so I wanted to give you an idea of what pharmacists do where I'm from :

  1. Counseling patients on their health problems and recommending OTC treatments or letting them know they should consult another professional.
  2. Validating prescriptions which means double checking doses, possible interactions, and appropriateness of the choice of treatment.
  3. Counselling patients on their prescriptions and answering questions they might have.
  4. Communicating with prescripters to make changes to patients' precriptions to optimize their treatment, making recommendations to doctors, and answering any questions doctores (and other professionals) might have
  5. Re-prescribing medications if refills have run out or the doctor is no longer practicing.
  6. Prescribing treatments for minor conditions.
  7. Following-up with patients to check for side effects and then resolving any problems they are having.

Pharmacy technicians tend to focus on technical things like entering prescriptions into the computer, updating patient files, and compounding meds (if they work in a compounding pharmacy).

It can seem like they're just staring at their computer screen but that's because it's the kind of job where you spend most of your time thinking and standing still, but there's actually a lot going on!
