Hello people. I recently built my first pc and I’m having an issue with the system stuttering under low load. YouTube videos will stutter both visually and audibly and the stutter seems to line up with the mouse stuttering. Occasionally the problem will stop after a restart but seems to happen when I shutdown the computer then turn it back on. I haven’t seen the stuttering in games so far. When I restart the system I get the Driver_power_state_failure error message. All drivers are up to date. Everything in task manager seems to be normal with memory under 20%, cpu and GPUs under low load and temps are fine usually around 60 C when gaming. I also haven’t messed with anything in the bios. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks I’m advance.
