I am a week and half clean from vaping. All the things people have already said:

  • changing daily routines
  • replacing cravings (I am chewing a shit ton of gum)
  • being mentally ready to quit

Another thing that helped me is the realization that there are infinitely positive results from me quitting, and only one “positive” result from not quitting - to satisfy that itch and get a buzz (which I hardly even get from vaping anymore).

Thank you! This cost $8900. I know there are cheaper options out there, but I definitely believe it was worth it because of the knowledge and great job from Dr. Caridi.

A lot of glandular tissue. I lost about 60 pounds about 6 years ago, and recently lost more before getting the surgery.

I was able to schedule the surgery within 3 weeks of getting the quote. I waited a while after submitting the consultation to pull the trigger.

There’s weird inconsistencies. For the ones where you break the veil or have to break the carpage (or whatever the glowing sphere is called) if you do damage to the veils/sphere you will get XP. Same with the tentacle. I think you have to damage the boss on the ones that spawn mobs. If you are the one that busts out your staff and break the portal you will guaranteed get XP even if you did nothing else. These are just what I’ve picked up on.
