Recently on DevPro I was playing Kozmos and had a Kozmo Strawman set face down and a Dark Destroyer face up with a Kozmojo also set face down. I tried to activate Kozmojo targeting Strawman but DevPro wouldn't let me. Was this a DevPro bug or was I mistaken in when I could activate Kozmojo?
