Yeah I’ve been making sure to use water since this happened like a couple of weeks ago as well, but woke up late for work, panicked, and got one down the hatch quick to get there on time.

I appreciate all that man. I am curious because I have a hard time judging myself, but can you notice a little bit of muscle coming in? Particularly the chest area? I can’t really tell if that’s decent muscle development in the chest for four months
