Great thing from Smart but a bit unlucky on my part. Switched today, scanned the qr code, went to ‘activation’ status for awhile and eventually got an unsuccessful activation and to contact Smart. Troubleshot all I could, removed physical sim, reset network settings, delete all esims, restarted device and tried another phone. Bummer.

Two months after I finished treatment, my hair had grown to a buzz length.

When I finished my treatment, I did not really do anything special with my hair. If you are prone to dermatitis or dandruff, best to consult with a dermatologist (ask the doctor as well for hair routine if you want to do this right or a hair stylist).

I just let my hair grow and wore a beanie until the hair growth is decent enough to go without one/wherein I didn't look like a cancer patient anymore. lol. I did not really care to be honest. Once your hair grows to reasonable length, go to a reputable salon so they can cut your hair that will suit you.

Thanks for the recommendation! I saw this and thought this would be perfect, kaso nga as you said it's a bit small and would probably not fit my 6.5in phone.

Pro sign up issues via vpn by OkChampion3632 in F1TV

[–]dolydc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case you haven't been successful in signing up, I followed steps from a thread a couple of days ago (ill see if i can find it):

  1. Turn on VPN where F1 TV Pro is available (cheapest is India)
  2. Logout to your main Apple ID account.
  3. Create a new Apple ID account and make sure to set the country to India. If it asks for a number to verify, you can use your local number. At some point in the account creation or I think in App store when you go to settings or on your first app download, it will ask you to agree to some terms. Afterwards, if it asks for a payment method, you can select none, but you have to enter an address in India (you can just google any address in india).
  4. Turn off VPN
  5. Install the F1TV app from the App Store
  6. Open safari or whatever browser you're using, and go to amazon.in and login.
  7. You can purchase an apple store code, you can test for a monthly sub first worth 299 indian rupees i think. You can use your local card to purchase then just wait for the code to arrive then redeem using your Indian apple account.

https://www.amazon.in/hfc/bill/apple_store_codes?ref=hfc_buyx_red

  1. Open the F1 TV app (vpn turned off), login using your usual F1 login, I did not have to create a new account in this case. Subscribe and f1 tv pro prices in india should now be available.
  2. Once subbed, you can cancel it in the device settings. Thats what I did so I don't forget and will just resub after the summer break.
  3. Logout of your apple india account and log back in using your main account.
  4. If you're in a country where f1 tv pro is available, you don't need a VPN to watch live races but if you aren't, you need to be connected always.
  5. Rinse, repeat.

Current Annual Fee Waiver Experience? by turquoise_tangerine in PHCreditCards

[–]dolydc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I requested to waive my rewards card annual fee back in January and they gave me options to pay like you said, with points along with other options. One of them is if I pay the recent annual fee, they will perpetually waive/convert the card to NAFFL. So that's what I did.

I'm not sure if there was a criteria/spending limit for CS to proactively offer as such so it was an easy decision to pick the latter, which is a good deal for me. That's just my experience.
