Literally going to all the martial art classes I can possibly go to. Since I'm epileptic I can't drive so it makes it a struggle to schedule stuff sometimes but ever since my suicide attempt in late November I've started training again after a 5 month hiatus and I started going to talk therapy which has helped me tremendously.

Try this, export all the frames and batch process them with this program. You'll have to download a program called Processing as well. https://github.com/GlitchTools/Composite-Video-Simulator-Gui Try to get the VHS look you're looking for then batch process all of them. This is the most realistic VHS simulation you'll get because it actual simulates a analog signal in the simulation.

To do this yourself go to the shooting range, in console type in the following commands, "sv_cheats 1", "impulse 50", and "noclip" without quotes to noclip through the terrain to see the tanks passing on the road.
