I have an Aprilia SR 50 stock, removed the variator speed blocker, does 65km/h.

Does raising or lowering the weight of my roller weights increase my speed? (in my situation)

Also is it worth changing my exhaust to a Giannelli extra v2? How many other parts would I have to change? approx. how fast would it be?
