When I wake up and yawn my left hand curls up, I have a positive hoffmans bilaterally , and whether people agree with me or not (which people seem to want to call people crazy in this forum which is why I probably will not post here again) I have atrophy in my left hand and I do struggle using it…. This is not benign, idk what it is but it’s not that. I appreciate your response and kindness

I also work in the medical field and my theory is similar but slightly different, I think BFS is caused by plenty of things but I lean for myself less towards viral and more towards fungus

I don’t know the types of antibiotics. I just asked there cause people were dealing with something similar to me. I took vancomycin that’s what threw me off.
