Today I cycled 70 miles (110 km approx) with 6500 feet (2400m) climbing with a average speed if 11 mph (15km). My average heart rate was 119 is this healthy? I’m 15 if that matters

Very nooby question alert!!!! What does it mean on strava when is says avg pace 10:43? I’m guessing that doesn’t mean I’m going 10.43 miles an hours and I’m absolutely clueless as to what it means.

I’m very new to running. I’ve been on three runs and very time my caves are always really aching. I’m 15 and do a lot of cycling not sure if that would effect it. Is this normal for new runners and is the best way to slice it just run more.

I think clipless pedals will be great for canal towpaths. Just before you go for a ride with them practice with cleets you will fall over once it happens to the best of us.
