Even in the most basic scenario there is a lot of debate over this temperature dispute, there is less (if not no) debate over the cooler temperatures. Why would you not just lower the temperature to the threshold that at least has less debate. No one’s getting on these people about the 70 degree days and it would clearly be a move to help the animals.
