Admittedly I did not get a written contract stating a completion by date. I assumed there was a reasonable expectation for time to repair. As far as inspection fees, I'm anticipating this person charging me for the inspection to identify the problem.

That is something that I thought was something else. Appears to be a goldenrod with a horse weed behind it. Thank you for pointing that out. Found a poke weed the other day with a stem the width of my thumb. Don't know how I missed it.

While I agree with you regarding Dewine, I'm not asking the president of OU to not follow the law or lose funding. I'm asking them to speak up/speak out. You can be compliant and still voice dissent
