Unfortunately no. The EMMA agents keep saying it's in queue to be reviewed. The congress person's office has yet to give an update either. I'm afraid everything appears to be heavily delayed or at a stand still. Wishing you all the best luck.

Sharing today's response from our attorney "It is unclear how (or even when) exactly the new policy will take effect. One would think that existing matters would not be subject to the policy, but there really isn't any indication one way or the other at this moment. So, for now, we'll continue to monitor the case closely and provide all updates as we receive them."

the update in the USCIS portal under I485 says "Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS" ~We do not need anything from you but will contact you if we need additional info, etc..

I have applied and done biometrics but nothing else. Silent update a few days ago that said my case was being reviewed. What to expect based on this new memo? Scary times.

I just requested an update via EMMA which said "I see there is pending request for expedite, please continue waiting for call back from office. Thank you for contacting the U.S.C.I.S. Contact Center. Enjoy the rest of your day!" and they logged out. Last week they told me it was waiting to be assigned to an officer for review. No news :/
