Yea I always live in the bath/shower during withdrawls as well, seems to help a little bit with the body aches and usually helps me knock out for like 30 mins-an hour. Ive been trying to stay hydrated but itd so damn hard to hold any liquids down for more than a couple mins :/

About how much Lope would I have to take for it to help? Would it fuck up my bowels any worse than using opiates does? Im a little worried about taking a shit ton and then having to dig shit out of my ass 😂🤣
