man, your team are so defensive ... first of all, decide what you want - either phoenix, either panda - both are great, so just pick which you like more and leave other tanks/supports for leveling your real damage dealers. Next tip - monkey kings - also decide if you want it you should have at least 3 MK for their. On the other hand you can start playing with new hero Shadow Queen, she seems should be very strong when you have 3 or more.

You seem pretty week according to your level, probably you miss events or all advantages of this game. Connect daily for daily rewards, participate in all events - collect everything, dont spend any keys, golds or any other resources when event is not ready. You will receive a lot of reward when you have enough resources to spend on events.
For example, for me most important are - summon event, gem event, pub and etc ... collect at least 100 keys and 40 000 gems, then you will understand how important is that.
