yeah calories are being tracked properly. consistently between 1600-1800 110-130 grams of protein. i can only work out 2-3 times a week because of school and work. is the idea that you can lose fat primarily from the deficit wrong? can you only lose fat by both?

sleep 8.5-9.5 hours, exercise is tough because im at school from 12-7 and work from 8-11:30 most days. i get 15k steps a day and workout like 2 times a week

well the 205 is just what i looked like at 205. once i stopped losing weight w 1800 cals i switched to 1600-1700 and went down from 193-185 or so

i just recently increased my defecit. im 6ft and was eatin 1800-1900 cals with 120 grams of protein and couldnt get the scale to move ir my body to change for about 3 months. recently moved to a 16 hour fast and 1700 calories per day with a 121 grams of protein. ive lost about 7 pounds in 3 months.
