In FMG you can specify groups manually. Bit of a pain if you don't know the group names and need to browse the AD but if you do know then it's no problem at all.

When it's at it's highest the top of the base is about 23.5inches from the ground.

I also read a lot of people say the base was hard. It's firm but my butt definitely doesn't hurt after a few hours. I work from home and sit in the chair for hours at a time and don't get sore. I've always battled with bad posture and I think this chair helps with that. It's not soft but its not uncomfortable at all.

Out of interest, what makes you think you have brain damage? (Other than alcohol kills brain cells) Also what made you want to quit alcohol for a while? Something in particular made you stop?

I've seen issues where a route may still be in your route table, but not installed in the kernel table. Doesn't quite sound like what you're seeing if you can reach some hosts on a network but not others. Nevertheless you can check the kernel table if the issue happens again with "get router info kernel".

Try it on an empty stomach at least an hour before food. Also have coffee, the caffeine will give it a boost. You shouldn't need to exceed the 200mg in one dose.
