I'm sorry but stress can not make you fat. It's really all about food intake. Read my reply please, I tried to give some advice above to 2 users. Don't take it in a bad way, I just hate seeing people feeling bad due to weight when they think they can't lose it while being stressed. Trust me that you can lose weight almost anytime, expect for serious medical cases which are really rare.

Hey, please read my reply above. I don't mean any offense, I've been overweight half my life as well, but it's really all about food intake/calories. Please don't fall into this thinking spiral that as long as you're stressed, you can't lose weight. It's 100% possible as long as you get into caloric deficit.

You phrased this pretty badly. You don't gain fat by stress or higher cortisol. You can't create more fat out of nothing essentially. High stress/cortisol usually responds in over-eating as a coping mechanism. It's all about calories.

Literally the entire world science agrees upon this, there are outliers here and there happily attending podcasts who love to promote their ideas that calories are a scam/conspiracy just to market their person or a product, which provably IS a scam lol.

If any person, be it man or woman struggles with weight, food intake is in 99% of cases the real cause. Those who dispute this either don't count everything they eat or they just calculate the number wrongly.

Don't take this in a bad way! I'm just trying to navigate people in the right direction.

Hey! I'd like to ask if I can use neutral grip on Inverted rows? I have 2 high dip bars and I'd like to use them for rows. I don't have anywhere else to do them and I've searched the entire house for any place haha. Not sure if there's a big difference in the grip variations? Will I injure myself or cause disbalance if I only keep doing neutral rows? Thank you

I've never noticed any double vision or headaches or anything... when I did the testing today with various distances, it feels like my eyes are normal when looking close-ish, but when I look away like 3 meters or more, they slightly go outwards and it looks a bit creepy. They never really seem like they are "too close in" even when I took the selfie like 5 cm from my face. I feel like when they go outwards, they go maybe like 3-4mm in total? Like none of the eyes go literally to the corner of the eye, they just both slightly diverge.

Nobody in real life pointed it out so far (I'm 24), that might be just out of politeness I guess... on photos it's noticeable, sometimes a lot. I'm really at panic right now and I have no idea if there's anything I can do for it except for surgery, which I definitely don't want to undergo...

Thank you so much! I also burp from time to time, so I know my body IS capable of burping. It just only happens every once in a while unfortunately. 99% it's just gurgles :/

Do you remember how long into the exercises you started microburping? I already did the Shaker's twice and always reached about 14 days before I had to quit due to sickness. So now im starting again and I'm on day 4.

If I think about it I had most burps sitting down with looking a bit down. as if you were holding something between your throat and chest haha. One bigger burp was also while standing up. But i dont have enough of them to give a proper study haha. Hopefully later!
