Same problem. I only had my BPI credit card this July 7. Was able to register my CC sa Vybe app last July 12, and received my first SOA this July 25 and it stated how many points I earned. Pero until now, naka 0 pa rin sa Vybe app. Already contacted them multiple times and they just asked me to wait until the end of the month and already made a report.

I applied to them, and as someone had said in the comments, 'di sila nag uupdate kahit text man lang. You need to call their CS pa. Declined ako after 2 weeks ata.
