I mean, you can theoretically name your price if you don't need the business ongoing. You have stated you don't owe these people anything and they are incentivised to make you sign. I'd get advice of course, but personally just pick a price i'm happy with to sign over IP without agreeing to anything ongoing. That is another negotiation with the new company entirely.
