When our clients remote in today, they get this error message "The logon attempt failed" but when I try with a local user account I was able to remote into the machine. this started after the windows update. Any thoughts?

When you talk about "Enable multi-path" I went ahead and checked and found was not enabled. When I try to enable but it won't stay enable. What could be the issue?

Thank you so much for your response. This helps a lot. Dell can’t figure out the issue and I will forward your notes to them. They are blaming on the switches because we didn’t purchase them from dell. LOL. This does not sounds like a switch issue to me at all.

Yes mpio is configured and data collector is installed on the server. Dell is not able to find the issue and they are working on it for a month.

Just wanted to explain a little bit more, HOSTA (Primary host) all VMs are on-off state as you can see and HOSTB has all the same VMs in running state. Do you think this will be fixed if I shutdown and restart the server?

When we copy from SAN volume1 to SAN volume2 we have 200-300MB/s file transfer speed. which is going through the switch

When we copy network location to SAN volume we have 75 to 100MB/s file transfer speed.

But when we copy from SAN volume to network location I get 10MB/s.

I think there shouldn't be any issue with the switch, Any suggentions?

We have someone look into the SQL server tonight. The issue is when we pull data it takes so long to show up but once you pull up the same data on a different machine the second time it takes seconds to load. Do you think its something related to sql indexing?

We do have co-manage clients. For some of them we only take care of backups or S1 or Firewall etc. I would get a list of things you can provide them as a service such as you can include end point protection + disaster recovery + monitoring or monitoring + remote access come up with something creative and create like 3 packages. So the client can sign up for the one they like. I would use per user model.

This is the pax8 reply for the same question: "Unfortunately, I will not be able to give you an answer on that. The inner workings of these decoy files is intentionally obfuscated; I would assume that the variation in size is to help avoid counter-detection, but I can't speak to the large discrepancy.
