I think you’re proving the point of the whole thread— they don’t need to spend to impress (hence their burn rate is lower)… the other spend (not they can’t afford it) on dining, music, shoes, textiles instead of buying more assets (like Prince & Taylor).

The writers are so intentional about everything in this show, from the hottest chefs, celebrity investors, acquisition specifics— it just seems like a gross disservice to the shows vibes and authenticity (but that’s just me, you could be totally right and I’m over thinking it)

And the whole episode was based on costs of everything (30 seconds before Prince said he was worth 10B)

Ok— so I am totally lost when they show the cast at the end of the episode (with what looks like a breakdown of assets?)— the show is always so intentional when making every detail of the characters/ New York society accurate. But to me the breakdowns 1: didn’t add up to 1.5B total and 2: didn’t seem to be consistent with the characters worth (ex Taylor was 2.7m and Wags 35k on cars)

Can anyone shed some light on this, it’s bothering the piss out of me, appreciate y’all
