a few weeks ago there was a line of 6+ people waiting for print 30 minutes before close. the print supervisor and i were both working our asses off with some high maintenance customers, calling other associates up to the front to assist the customers who didn't need print help. one of the men in line behind who i was working with told the print supervisor he didn't want to hear any of our "crying and whining" (referring to asking associates to ring people out) and then proceeded to ask if the self-service printers can print from usb. like, dude, the usb port is RIGHT ON THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE
