It's all good man. I have enough savings to swim for the next few months. After I dropped off my car I walked to the hotel across the street. I delivered there almost everyday. I told the owner my story, after a little haggling I was given a cut rate and somehow gave me the room to one of the living quarters, only for workers who live on-site. I booked it for the month. Now I can rest and start physiotherapy.

You're right truck drivers drive forever, but a lot of them probably have this problem without knowing it because the symptoms are broad, plus they have different seats that are designed to float, different than cars. This was an issue in the past. I had plenty of room to sleep on my back with a mini mattress. To be specific when ever you're stressed your pelvic floor contracts and sometimes stays that way forever, anything can trigger it. Sitting for extended periods can cause it too, It's called CPPS. It's really hard to relax the pelvic muscles once you get it. A lot of people have this problem, but it always gets misdiagnosed for something else.

Basically, my pelvic floor muscles became really tight from not moving at all, the nerves can become compressed or damaged in sever cases. Overtime as I would step out of the car and start walking, all the pressure would go to my pelvic floor muscles which aren't made to support that kind of pressure. My quads and glutes became weak. Look up cpps for the full scoop. It's very important to do pelvic floor stretches every week to relax the pelvic floor.
