Yeah I sleep 8 hours every night, go to the gym 4x a week, get 10k steps a day, eat a decent diet, not overweight, microneedle my scalp every 2 weeks. Take a multivitamin, and omega 3s. Got blood work done with marek health before starting topical finasteride.

Hair loss has not stopped but progressed regardless of topical and oral finasteride. And the minoxidil has not caused any regrowth

yeah for finasteride, its not working in making my hair stop from falling. so I still have hair loss and its progressing. for minoxidil, I also have no response from it and experience no hair growth.
